Ingredients

  • 3 lbs lean ground beef
  • 1 small onion, minced and drained
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • kosher salt
  • fresh ground black pepper
  • 1/2 - 3/4 cup of fresh mint, chopped

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients together in a bowl and mix up for hamburger patties.
  2. The mint gives them a plesant and different taste!
