Ingredients

  • 6 oz. ready-made Nabisco Oreo pie crust
  • 14 oz. can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 to 1 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
  • 10 to 12 drops green food coloring

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, peppermint extract, and green food coloring if desired.
  2. Fold in whipped cream until well blended.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared Oreo pie crust.
  4. Cover and freeze for 6 hours or until the pie is firm.
  5. Garnish as desired before serving.
  6. Freeze leftover pie.
