Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 Tbsp. finely chopped mint
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable or salad oil
  • 1/2 c. white vinegar
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Put the finely chopped mint into a jug.
  2. Cover the mint with boiling water.
  3. Add sugar, vegetable or salad oil, and white vinegar to the jug.
  4. Add salt to taste.
  5. Serve with roast lamb.
