Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. baking cocoa
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 c. Junior Mints
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed and divided
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine cocoa and milk until smooth.
  2. Add mints and butter; cook and stir over low heat until smooth.
  3. Cool for 15 minutes.
  4. Stir in 1 cup of whipped topping and vanilla extract.
  5. Fold in the remaining whipped topping.
  6. Spoon into dessert dishes.
  7. Refrigerate until serving.
  8. Garnish with mint and whipped topping, if desired.
