Impossible Broccoli 'N Cheddar Pie

- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Grease a 10-inch pie plate with 1 1/2-inch depth.
- Rinse frozen broccoli under cold water to thaw, then drain thoroughly.
- Mix broccoli, 2 cups of shredded Cheddar cheese, and chopped onion in the pie plate.
- In a blender, beat milk, eggs, Bisquick baking mix, salt, and pepper until smooth, about 15 seconds.
- Pour the milk mixture into the pie plate over the broccoli and cheese mixture.
- Bake until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, approximately 25 to 35 minutes.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese on top of the pie.
- Bake for an additional 1 to 2 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
