Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 lb. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter or margarine
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Dissolve lemon gelatin in 1 cup boiling water.
  2. Add lemon juice and let it cool.
  3. Cream together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla.
  4. Add cooled gelatin mixture and mix well.
  5. Whip the chilled can of Milnot until fluffy and fold into the gelatin mixture.
  6. Mix together the crushed graham crackers and melted butter.
  7. Pack 2/3 of the graham cracker mixture in the bottom and sides of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  8. Pour the filling into the crust and sprinkle with the remaining graham cracker crumbs.
  9. Chill the dessert for several hours until set.
  10. Cut into squares and serve.
