- Dissolve lemon gelatin in 1 cup boiling water.
- Add lemon juice and let it cool.
- Cream together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla.
- Add cooled gelatin mixture and mix well.
- Whip the chilled can of Milnot until fluffy and fold into the gelatin mixture.
- Mix together the crushed graham crackers and melted butter.
- Pack 2/3 of the graham cracker mixture in the bottom and sides of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Pour the filling into the crust and sprinkle with the remaining graham cracker crumbs.
- Chill the dessert for several hours until set.
- Cut into squares and serve.
