Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 stick softened butter
  • 1 cup Bisquick
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 cups mashed mirlitons
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Blend in a bowl the sugar, Bisquick, milk, vanilla, softened butter, and 1 egg at a time.
  2. Add the mashed mirlitons to the mixture.
  3. Ensure to remove water from the mirlitons before adding.
  4. Beat the mixture for about 1 minute.
  5. Pour the batter into an 8 or 9-inch pie pan.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 20 to 30 minutes or until the top is browned.
