Ingredients

  • round steak
  • potatoes
  • onions
  • peppers
  • 16 oz. can tomato juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the round steak as desired and place it in a baking pan.
  3. Slice a layer of potatoes on top of the steak.
  4. Slice a layer of onions over the potatoes.
  5. Cut the peppers and cover the onions with them.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Pour the tomato juice over the ingredients, enough to cover them.
  8. Bake in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 2 hours or until the steak and vegetables are tender.
