Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 16 oz. can pork and beans
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 10-count can biscuits
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Lightly grease two cookie sheets.
  3. Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain excess fat.
  4. In a bowl, stir in the cooked beef, pork and beans, ketchup, chopped onion, mustard, and salt. Simmer uncovered for a few minutes.
  5. Transfer the mixture onto the prepared cookie sheets or into a baking dish.
  6. Top with shredded Cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven until bubbly and cheese is melted, about 15-20 minutes.
