Ingredients

  • 4 deboned skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 to 2 chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Salt and pepper the chicken breasts.
  2. Melt the oleo (butter).
  3. Add lemon juice and chopped green onions to the melted oleo.
  4. Steam the chicken until fully cooked.
  5. Place the cooked chicken breasts on a plate and pour the sauce over them.
