Ingredients

  • 46 oz. pineapple juice
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • 2/3 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup mint leaves
  • 2 liter ginger ale
  • 1 liter club soda
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1 lime

Instructions

  1. Combine pineapple juice, orange juice, lemon juice, lime juice, sugar, and mint leaves in a large container, stirring until sugar dissolves.
  2. Cover and refrigerate the mixture for 4 hours or more to allow flavors to meld.
  3. Pour the chilled mixture through a wire mesh strainer into a large bowl to remove mint leaves.
  4. Discard the mint leaves.
  5. Stir in ginger ale, club soda, strawberries, lemon slices, and lime.
  6. Add ice to serve.
