Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 2 teaspoons instant coffee
  • 1 packet sugar substitute
  • 1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin
  • 2 egg whites

Instructions

  1. Prepare a 9‑inch graham cracker crust according to package instructions.
  2. In a saucepan, whisk together 2 envelopes low‑calorie chocolate pudding with 2 cups milk, 1 cup hot water, 2 teaspoons instant coffee, 1 packet sugar substitute, and 1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin until smooth.
