Ingredients

  • 2 envelopes D-Zerta chocolate pudding
  • 2 Tbsp. instant coffee
  • 3 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 baked pie shell
  • whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Combine the chocolate pudding mix and instant coffee in a saucepan.
  2. Gradually add the milk while stirring.
  3. Cook over medium heat until the mixture boils, then remove from heat.
  4. Cool the pudding mixture for 5 minutes.
  5. Pour the cooled pudding into the baked pie shell.
  6. Allow the pie to cool completely and then top with whipped topping before serving.
