Ingredients

  • 5 lb. chicken
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup mochiko rice flour
  • 1/3 cup shoyu
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 3 green onions

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and soak overnight.
  2. Deep fry in oil or bake.
