Mock Chocolate Eclair Cake

- Make pudding according to box instructions using 2 3/4 cups of milk. Mix Cool Whip with the pudding.
- Place a layer of graham crackers on the bottom of the pan.
- Pour half of the pudding mixture over the crackers.
- Add another layer of graham crackers on top of the pudding.
- Pour the remaining pudding over the second layer of crackers.
- Top with additional whipped cream or garnish as desired.
- Refrigerate until set before serving.
