Ingredients

  • 2 Shredded Wheat biscuits
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups scalded milk
  • 3/4 cup molasses
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon margarine

Instructions

  1. Crumble Shredded Wheat biscuits into a greased baking dish.
  2. Beat eggs and add scalded milk.
  3. Stir in molasses, salt, and cinnamon.
  4. Pour the mixture over the biscuits.
  5. Dot the top with margarine.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35 to 45 minutes.
  7. Serve plain or with whipped cream. Ice cream is also good.
