Ingredients

  • 1 can garbanzo beans
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place drained garbanzo beans in a food processor and grind until smooth.
  2. In a bowl, mix the bean paste with mayonnaise, mustard, pickle relish, lemon juice, and optional nutritional yeast.
  3. Refrigerate for at least a few hours or overnight for better flavor.
  4. Serve as a salad, sandwich filling, or dip.
