Ingredients

  • 1 c. light brown sugar
  • 1 c. molasses
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 rounded Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients in order given.
  2. Bake in 375° oven for 35 to 40 minutes or when knife comes out clean in center.
