Ingredients

  • 3 oz. box orange Jell-O
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Mix Jell-O with boiling water until dissolved.
  2. Add orange juice; chill until slightly thickened.
  3. Add drained mandarin oranges, cottage cheese, and chopped nuts.
  4. Pour mixture into a mold or bowl and chill until firm.
  5. Serve with or without mayonnaise, salad dressing, or sour cream dressing.
