Ingredients

  • 2 bags corn puff curls (Troyers)
  • 1/2 lb. butter or margarine
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 3/4 c. Karo syrup
  • nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil the mixture of butter, brown sugar, and Karo syrup for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla.
  2. Pour the hot caramel mixture over the corn puff curls and nuts, if using.
  3. Bake at 250°F for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes to coat evenly.
  4. Allow to cool before serving. Enjoy!
