Ingredients

  • 2 packages raspberry jello
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 10 ounces frozen raspberries
  • 13 ounces can crushed pineapple
  • 2 large ripe bananas
  • 8 ounces sour cream

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the raspberry jello in boiling water.
  2. Add frozen raspberries and stir until thawed.
  3. Add crushed pineapple and mashed bananas to the mixture.
  4. Pour half of the mixture into an 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
  5. Chill until the mixture is firm.
  6. Spread sour cream over the first layer.
  7. Add the remaining raspberry jello mixture on top.
  8. Refrigerate until ready to serve, preferably making it a day in advance.
