- Melt the chocolate and butter together in a heatproof bowl set over simmering water.
- Beat the egg whites to stiff peaks, gradually adding 2 tablespoons sugar.
- Combine the cooked rice with the melted chocolate mixture.
- Fold in the beaten egg yolks and white wine.
- Gently fold in the egg whites until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a mold and chill until set, about 2 hours.
