Instructions
- Add liquid rennet to warm milk.
- Let the mixture set until thick.
- Cut the thickened mixture into squares without removing from the saucepan.
- Slowly boil the squares for 3 to 4 hours, stirring frequently.
- The cheese will turn a light brown when done.
- Serve in a bowl with fruit sauce and cream.
