Ingredients

  • 4 to 5 qt. warm milk
  • 1 tsp. liquid rennet

Instructions

  1. Add liquid rennet to warm milk.
  2. Let the mixture set until thick.
  3. Cut the thickened mixture into squares without removing from the saucepan.
  4. Slowly boil the squares for 3 to 4 hours, stirring frequently.
  5. The cheese will turn a light brown when done.
  6. Serve in a bowl with fruit sauce and cream.
