Ingredients

  • 34 cup of softened butter
  • 34 cup Crisco
  • 2 14 cups sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 cups flour
  • 34 teaspoon salt
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 34 cup milk
  • 1 12 teaspoons vanilla

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Prepare (grease and flour) a tube pan.
  3. Put all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and beat for 20 minutes.
  4. Pour into the prepared baking pan.
  5. Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
