Ingredients

  • 1 gallon pork and beans, drained
  • 1 lb. bacon, chopped and browned
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp. yellow mustard
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 cups dark maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Saute onions and bacon chunks until browned.
  2. Pour the mixture into a 1-gallon casserole dish along with drippings and all remaining ingredients.
  3. Mix well to combine.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 2 hours.
  5. Serve hot.
