Instructions
- Allow 1/2 pound of brisket per person.
- Sprinkle generously with liquid smoke, tenderizer, salt and pepper.
- Let stand 2 hours or overnight.
- Place on foil and sprinkle both sides liberally with celery salt, paprika, nutmeg, garlic salt, onion salt and brown sugar.
- Wrap tightly in foil.
- Bake 2 hours at 300°.
- Loosen foil slightly and bake 6 hours at 200°.
