Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Allow 1/2 pound of brisket per person.
  2. Sprinkle generously with liquid smoke, tenderizer, salt and pepper.
  3. Let stand 2 hours or overnight.
  4. Place on foil and sprinkle both sides liberally with celery salt, paprika, nutmeg, garlic salt, onion salt and brown sugar.
  5. Wrap tightly in foil.
  6. Bake 2 hours at 300°.
  7. Loosen foil slightly and bake 6 hours at 200°.
