Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. swordfish steaks
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of seasoned pepper
  • 1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
  • 2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. prepared horseradish
  • 2 Tbsp. tomato juice
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • dash of paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat broiler or prepare outdoor grill.
  2. Season swordfish steaks with salt and seasoned pepper.
  3. Broil or grill fish steaks, turning once, for 20 to 25 minutes or until it flakes easily when tested with a fork.
  4. In a small bowl, combine yogurt, dry mustard, horseradish, tomato juice, and Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Serve the sauce over the cooked fish and garnish with parsley sprigs.
