Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. chocolate pudding (not instant)
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup Pet evaporated milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • English walnuts

Instructions

  1. Mix pudding, sugar, evaporated milk, and butter in a 1 1/2 quart saucepan.
  2. Cook and stir until it comes to a full boil.
  3. Lower heat and keep stirring while it boils slowly for 3 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Stir in English walnuts.
  6. Beat until the mixture starts to thicken.
  7. Drop teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper.
  8. Refrigerate until cooled.
