Ingredients

  • 4 to 5 potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1 green pepper, cut in strips
  • 1 onion, cut in rings
  • 1 pkg. kielbasa
  • 1/2 head cabbage or 1 small can sauerkraut
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 c. margarine

Instructions

  1. In electric skillet, melt butter.
  2. Place sliced potatoes in pan. Add green pepper, onion, salt, pepper, garlic powder, cabbage and/or sauerkraut. Cook for 1/2 hour with lid on, stirring regularly, at 300°.
  3. Remove lid.
  4. Place sliced kielbasa or smoked sausage on top. Cook without lid until potatoes brown.
