Ingredients

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 4 cups milk
  • nutmeg
  • 4 egg whites

Instructions

  1. In a blender, mix the egg yolks, 4 teaspoons of sugar, and milk. Add nutmeg to taste.
  2. In a medium bowl with a hand mixer, beat the egg whites and 1/4 cup of sugar until stiff meringue forms. Add more sugar if needed.
  3. Pour the blender mixture into 4 glasses, then add the egg white meringue on top. Sprinkle with additional nutmeg before serving.
