Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup vinegar

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg lightly; add milk and set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine sugar, dry mustard, and salt.
  3. Mix together and then add vinegar.
  4. In a saucepan, combine the egg-milk mixture and the dry ingredients mixture.
  5. Over medium heat, stir until the dressing thickens.
  6. Remove from heat and cool.
  7. Refrigerate before serving.
  8. This dressing can be combined with Miracle Whip when making potato salad for a delicious and zesty flavor.
