Ingredients

  • 2 lb. grated spuds
  • 1 can celery soup
  • 1 can potato soup
  • 1/2 cup grated onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Mix together grated spuds, celery soup, potato soup, grated onion, chopped green pepper, and sour cream.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with grated cheese.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes in a 350°F oven until hot and bubbly.
