- Cut biscuits in half and roll them into balls.
- Place sugar and cinnamon in a resealable bag and mix well.
- Drag each biscuit ball in the cinnamon-sugar mixture to coat.
- Arrange coated balls in a fluted pan, filling the pan.
- Pour melted butter over the biscuit balls.
- Sprinkle any remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture over the top.
- Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
- Allow the monkey bread to cool slightly.
- Invert onto a plate and pull apart to serve.
