Sweet, gooey monkey bread features cinnamon-sugar coated biscuit balls baked in buttery sauce, perfect for sharing at gatherings, breakfast, or brunch with family and friends.

Ingredients

  • 4 cans biscuits
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Cut biscuits in half and roll them into balls.
  2. Place sugar and cinnamon in a resealable bag and mix well.
  3. Drag each biscuit ball in the cinnamon-sugar mixture to coat.
  4. Arrange coated balls in a fluted pan, filling the pan.
  5. Pour melted butter over the biscuit balls.
  6. Sprinkle any remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture over the top.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
  8. Allow the monkey bread to cool slightly.
  9. Invert onto a plate and pull apart to serve.
  10. Enjoy!
