A decadent, sticky monkey bread featuring cinnamon-sugar coated biscuit chunks baked in a brown sugar glaze, perfect for sharing at breakfast or brunch gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 3 tubes buttermilk biscuits
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 stick margarine

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a plastic bag.
  3. Add biscuit squares to the cinnamon-sugar mixture and shake until well coated.
  4. Layer the coated biscuit pieces into a greased Bundt cake pan.
  5. In a saucepan, boil brown sugar and margarine for 1 minute to make the glaze.
  6. Pour the brown sugar mixture over the layered biscuit pieces.
  7. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
  8. Allow to cool for 5 minutes, then invert onto a plate to serve.
