Ingredients

  • 2 oz. butter
  • 2 tubes refrigerator biscuits

Instructions

  1. Brush the interior of the mold well with melted butter or spray with vegetable cooking spray.
  2. Open biscuit tubes and separate the biscuits.
  3. Dip each biscuit individually in the melted butter and layer them in the mold, ensuring each overlaps the last and layers alternate.
  4. Arrange the last eight or nine biscuits in an overlapping circle around the top of the mold.
  5. Place the biscuit-filled mold on an 8-inch round cake pan and bake at 375°F for 15 minutes.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes or until done (tap the top — it will sound hollow).
  7. Remove the bread from the mold onto a serving plate and serve hot.
  8. Serve bottom side up or inverted to showcase the design.
