- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- While the oven is heating, melt butter in an 8-inch pie pan.
- Add brown sugar, corn syrup, cinnamon, vanilla, and chopped nuts to the melted butter.
- Mix until you get a paste, evenly covering the bottom of the pan.
- Pinch each biscuit into 3 pieces.
- Arrange the biscuit pieces on top of the syrup-nut mixture.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and invert onto an 8-inch plate.
