  • vinegar
  • salad oil
  • bell peppers
  • powdered sugar
  • red pepper
  • onion
  • cream cheese
  • parsley
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in blender or food processor.
  2. Whirl until completely smooth.
  3. Refrigerate at least one hour prior to serving.
  4. Shake well before using.
