Ingredients

  • 3 c. cooked rice
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, drained and chopped
  • 1 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika

Instructions

  1. Combine cooked rice, sour cream, milk, salt, chopped green chilies, and half of the grated Monterey Jack cheese in a bowl.
  2. Spoon the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  3. Top with the remaining cheese and sprinkle paprika on top.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 to 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
