Ingredients

  • approximately 12 pieces chicken (skin or skinless)
  • 3/4 c. orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. salad oil
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard or curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
  2. Place chicken in, coating all pieces completely.
  3. Cover bowl and marinate in refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
