Ingredients

  • 2 lb. moose shoulder
  • 1 clove garlic

  • 3 c. stock

Instructions

  1. Cut the moose shoulder into 1-inch cubes.
  2. Chop the garlic.
  3. Brown the meat in fat.
  4. Add the chopped garlic to the meat.
  5. Cover the meat with stock.
  6. Cover and simmer for 2 hours.
  7. Add cattails for the last 20 minutes of cooking.
