Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Wash the rice twice and look through.
  2. Cook the rice until tender with 2 1/2 cups water.
  3. Add sugar to the cooked rice.
  4. Beat the 3 eggs.
  5. Add milk to the mixture while stirring and heat over low heat.
  6. Let the mixture boil up well.
  7. Add nutmeg, then cool before serving.
