Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Crisco oil
  • 1 can mandarin oranges, not drained
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Beat the cake mix, pudding, eggs, oil, mandarin oranges, and water for about 2 minutes until well combined.
  3. Pour batter into two 9-inch cake pans or three 7-inch pans.
  4. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes (for 9-inch pans) or 20 to 25 minutes (for 7-inch pans).
  5. Allow the cakes to cool before frosting or icing.
