Ingredients

  • 1 c. Eagle Brand milk
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 cans coconut
  • 1 c. nuts, chopped
  • 1 large container Cool Whip
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained

Instructions

  1. Mix Eagle Brand milk and lemon juice and chill for about 10 to 15 minutes.
  2. Combine the chilled mixture with coconut, nuts, crushed pineapple, and Cool Whip.
  3. Chill the mixture again before serving.
  4. Decorate the top with cherry halves.
