Ingredients

  • 1 small angel food cake
  • 1 small box strawberry Jello
  • 1 pint frozen strawberries
  • 2 boxes vanilla instant pudding
  • 3 bananas

Instructions

  1. Cut the angel food cake in half horizontally.
  2. Spread a layer of chopped strawberries and sliced bananas over the bottom half of the cake.
  3. Prepare the strawberry Jello according to package instructions and chill until set.
  4. Mix the vanilla instant pudding as directed on the boxes.
  5. Spread a layer of vanilla pudding over the fruit on the cake.
  6. Place the top half of the cake over the pudding layer.
  7. Spread the remaining strawberry Jello and vanilla pudding over the top and sides of the cake.
  8. Optional: Garnish with chopped nuts on top if desired.
