Ingredients

  • 1 pie shell with top
  • 1 lb. hard salami, thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 lb. Muenster cheese
  • 12 eggs, lightly beaten

Instructions

  1. Place the salami slices in the pie shell to cover the bottom.
  2. Layer the Muenster cheese over the salami.
  3. Repeat the salami and cheese layers until the pie shell is three-quarters full.
  4. Pour the lightly beaten eggs evenly into the shell.
  5. Cover with the top crust layer.
  6. Bake for 1 hour at 300°F.
