  • 1/2 lb. mushrooms
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 lb. French-cut string beans
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Saute the sliced mushrooms until they are crisp and brown.
  2. Crisply cook the French-cut string beans and then butter them.
  3. Add the sautéed mushrooms to the buttered beans and season with salt and pepper.
