Ingredients

  • 1 lb. large mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup light sour cream
  • 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 cup fine breadcrumbs
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Simmer the sliced mushrooms and chopped onion in margarine over low heat, covered, for 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. Transfer the mushroom and onion mixture to a shallow baking pan.
  4. Mix together the light sour cream, plain nonfat yogurt, flour, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the sour cream mixture over the mushrooms and onions.
  6. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs evenly over the top.
  7. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
