Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1/2 c. soft butter
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 large or 2 small Brie wheels

Instructions

  1. Mix the softened cream cheese, soft butter, and flour together in a food processor or by hand until a dough forms.
  2. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm.
  3. Preheat oven if baking, then roll out the dough, wrap the brie, and bake until golden (if baking is desired).
