Ingredients

  • 1-1 1/2 lb. of meat suitable for stir fry, thin strips
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 medium bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Brown and sauté the meat in 2-3 tablespoons of oil.
  2. Cut the bell pepper into strips and add to the meat.
  3. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and milk.
  4. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Additional milk can be added if the mixture becomes too thick.
  5. Serve over a bed of rice.
