Ingredients

  • 1 lb. mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. Marsala wine
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley

Instructions

  1. Wash mushrooms in warm, salted water and pat dry.
  2. Cut off stems; leave caps whole.
  3. Heat butter in a skillet and saute mushrooms until lightly browned and still firm.
  4. Add lemon juice, Marsala wine, salt, pepper, and parsley.
  5. Serve immediately.
